Keep foods fresh longer

Keeping vegetables fresh has always been something of a Waterloo for me … I’ve finally figured out how to keep celery crisp for longer (oddly enough, thanks to a dumb email forward that someone sent me contrasting Martha Stewart vs. Maxine), but I found this article the other day when I was going through my email inbox and thought I’d share – from storing onions to mushrooms, this is a valuable article.

Great article! We let our vegetables go bad all the time because we don’t keep them the way they should. Thanks for the info.
