I would stick it out where you are and bank your paycheck for a bit longer until the circumstances are right for you to make a move. You don't sound particularly miserable, just unfulfilled. Unfortunately, you must put your marriage's needs and the needs of your financial future, ahead of your personal fulfillment. What good will personal fulfillment do you if you end up back in substantial debt?
