A resounding YES when it sounds to good to be true, it probably is! Always remember the first MAJOR RED FLAG, if you have to send money or pay a cash or credit card deposit in order to "Get Money", IT IS A SCAMM!!!
I know this rule and live by it, but just recently in a very vulnerable state of mind I was scammed out of $400.00, from a new scamm going on involving a supposed "Government Grant" and sending a "Western Union" wire transfer. I thought "Western Union" they're reputable, my money would be safe, right? Wrong!!! Anyway, watch out for anyone calling and telling you that you qualify for a "Government Grant" and requiring a "Refundable" security deposit by wire transfer thru "Western Union"! Western Union is also under investigation invloving shady proprieters using their machines to scamm people out of their money. This is because Western Union is aware of many fraudulent activities taking place whith their equipment and not doing anything about it, why you may ask....It's all about the Benjamins!! They charge a fee for everything, including for a stop payment on a just sent transaction, to send transactions and any other reason they can find!
