Everyday Living

A holiday freebie

When I was growing up, I was lucky enough to have the majority of my family members at hand for the holidays. I didn’t have to worry about lines at the post office, packaging gifts or hoping to hit shipping deadlines.

Ever since college, that has changed as friends who have become family to me have moved throughout the country and now that I have actual family members who live across the country – I have to ship things.

With this in mind, I was happy to get a postcard from the US Postal Service the other day that offered a free shipping kit – four flat rate boxes, a gift card envelope and some shipping tips from the USPS. This offer is good through December 3rd – go to prioritymail.com/myholiday

  1. I received a priority mail flat rate USPS offer in the mail which I sent in for the free kit. It’s been about 3 weeks now and it has not been sent to me. Now it said to go on line yet there is no place to request this free kit on line either. Just sayin…….
